On the first card I used Versamark on Basic Grey to make the centre layer, and then used Stampin' Up! markers in Rose Red, Cameo Coral and Certainly Celery to colour the stamp before I stamped it on Whisper White paper. Whisper White is such a fantastic paper to stamp on - it really soaks up the ink and gives a beautiful crisp image.
Colouring in the stamp with markers is a little time consuming, but I think it's worth the effort in the end!
Materials:
Card Stock - Rose Red, Basic Grey, Certainly Celery, Whisper White
Stamp Set - Razzle Dazzle
Inks - Versamark, markers in Rose Red, Cameo Coral and Certainly Celery
Punch - Eyelet Border
And for the next card I decided I wanted to try a little embossing. Have you ever embossed using a Stampin' Up! classic ink? It's surprisingly easy. All you need to do is use your Embossing Buddy on your paper first (to stop the embossing powder from sticking to uninked areas), ink your stamp using Versamark first, then the colour you want to use (I used Rose Red). Then you stamp your image, sprinkle the image with clear embossing powder and heat.
Voila! Here's a close up of how the embossing turned out:
