Surprised Again! Winners Circle SPCC#28

Another surprise for me today!  I logged on to my computer to discover a congratulations message from the lovely Bronwyn Eastley on my post for my entry for the Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combo #28.  I was a little perplexed so I went to the SPCC blog to see what was going on... and my card made the Top 5!
