Just Add Ink Challenge #6 - A Sketch Challenge

The Just Add Ink Design Team has been completed WOWED by the fabulous entries to last week's challenge - Just Add Dimension.  You're all making it so hard to keep up!  And we get the challenge before you!  LOL.

Onto this week's challenge - it's a sketch challenge and here's the layout:

I have to be honest and say I'm not terribly impressed with my efforts this week.  It looked so much better in my imagination!  I've just had a couple of friends visit who tell me I'm being ridiculous (thanks!), but I'm sure every crafter out there knows the feeling I'm talking about!  Anyway, here it is...

As you can see, I flipped the template over, because I just preferred the bird looking the other way for some reason...

I covered the On Board So Tweet shapes with Good Morning Sunshine DSP and Kiwi Kiss cardstock.

And the background is Baja Breeze cardstock with Tall Tales for the sunshine rays, and a layer of vellum over the top to soften the overall look.

And a rub-on from the Bright Delights set.

Be gentle with your comments!!

Materials:
Stamp set - Good Friend
Cardstock - Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss
Designer Series Paper - Good Morning Sunshine, Tall Tales
Inks - Versamark, Chocolate Chip marker
Accessories - On Board So Tweet, Bright Delights rub-ons, Mod Podge, Sanding Block
