This week's challenge at Just Add Ink is Just Add... Stitching! I decided early on that I wanted to have a go at machine stitching on a scrapbook page, because I hadn't been brave enough to try it before! Talk about easy! If you haven't tried it yourself, make sure you do. It's so simple and a really quick and effective addition to a page (or card!).
You can't really see it in the picture, but the thread I used matches Almost Amethyst, which matches Olivia's shirt.
Hope you like my page! :-)
Materials:
Cardstock - So Saffron, More Mustard, Chocolate Chip, Haiku DSP
Accessories - Sewing machine, thread (matches Almost Amethyst), Big Shot, Timeless Type Alphabet Junior Set- medium Sizzlits die, Latte buttons
I love your page Danielle! I struggle with scrap pages, but you make them look super easy!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, I am always telling myself to pull out the sewing machine for my cards but I never do. should get to it!!!!
