Trapped Resist

I'm currently doing the Inspiration Showcase online class with Jennifer McGuire, and my goodness!  Is she talented or what?  And for only $19, this class is an absolute bargain!  So be prepared for a few posts sharing the projects I'm making from the class.  Some are using techniques that I've come across before, but I'm learning lots of little tips and tricks that's making it all so much easier.  :-)

Anyway... here's my first card share using Trapped Resist (also called Emerging Colour).

I got some of my White Seam Binding from Sew Sweet and coloured it with my Forest Moss Distress Stain from Craft-A-Lot.  Seam binding is so easy to colour, especially with the Distress Stains!

I used the Card Patterns Sketch 132 for my card - it worked beautifully!

I'm also entering the Lily Pad Simon Says Stamps Presents a Resist Challenge.
