The first project I'm sharing today is a CAS card using It's Fall About You.  I just love the leaf image, and I thought I'd try creating some leaves using Core'dinations cardstock to give some texture.  I love how they've turned out!

And I couldn't resist adding a bow using some 3/4" Yellow V Striped Twill from the Ribbon Carousel.

My second project is some simple wrapping paper I made for a couple of gifts recently.  I used Kid n Caboodle and Versamark to stamp repeatedly on some kraft wrapping paper I had stashed away.

This first gift is for a 3 year old girl, I hope she likes the ladybugs!

And this one is for a brand new baby boy.  :-)

Ribbit! A TAWS Sneak Peek...

Have you been checking out the sneak peeks of the fabulous TAWS sets that are about to be released?  SO cute!  Here's my sneak peek, from a set called Kid n Caboodle...

He's coloured with Prismacolor Pencils, and the centre white panel has "ribbit" embossed multiple times across it.  I couldn't get a really good shot of that unfortunately, so you'll have to trust me that it looks good!!  ;-)

Say It In Shades Of Pink

Today at the AnnaBelle Stamps blog we're Saying It In Shades Of Pink!

I've used my favourite of the Lil Belles, A Beautiful Day.  She's so sweet!  If you haven't noticed before, she's designed by fabulous artist Arian Armstrong, as is Tomorrow's Dream.

I coloured her with Prismacolor Pencils and paper pieced her using some Honey 6x6 Paper from My Minds Eye.

This luscious ribbon is the 1.5" Rose Silky Crushed Ribbon from the Ribbon Carousel.

A Gorjuss Message From Craft-A-Lot...

Hi everyone, I got a message from Colleen from Craft-A-Lot this morning about the range of Gorjuss stamps:

GORJUSS ANNOUNCEMENT - Hi Everyone. What you see in our webstore is the last of the Gorjuss Stamp range for several months.

The distributor is no longer stocking them and we won't see a new supplier until 2013.

Fall Into Fall With The Ribbon Carousel - RCC71

I'm back with another Ribbon Carousel Challenge!  This week the challenge is to create a project using Fall/Autumn colours.  I know, we've just started Spring in Australia, but there's just something delicious about Fall/Autumn colours!

I've black embossed the leaves from Daisy Delight by AnnaBelle Stamps onto Bazzill Card Shoppe cardstock in Gold Goins, Candy Corn and Wax Lips, from the Ribbon Carousel.

I had to share a close-up of the embossing - that's AnnaBelle Stamps Ebony Embossing Powder.  So glossy!  And the ribbon is one of my favourites, (I know, I have lots of favourites!), 5/8" Black Dual Striped Organic Cotton Twill from the Ribbon Carousel.
